Daniel Glaser was born and raised in San Diego, California. He graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2011 with cum laude honors. Daniel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law. While studying at UCLA he was vice-chair of the Skid Row Clinic, partnering with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles to provide free legal services for the underserved Downtown Los Angeles community.
Upon becoming a member of the State Bar of California, Daniel worked for a non-profit organization offering free legal services to low-income and elderly residents in Imperial County. He was responsible for the organization’s unlawful detainer (eviction) clinic during the Covid-19 pandemic. As the State of California was constantly adopting emergency landlord-tenant laws, Daniel was able to review, analyze, and effectively apply these laws to his clients’ situations and obtain positive resolutions.
Daniel returned to San Diego in January 2022 and practiced with a civil litigation firm focused on employment and labor law. This experience taught Daniel how to manage cases from initial intake meetings all the way through trial, but representing businesses and corporate entities lacked the personal connection with clients that motivates Daniel.
In late 2023, Daniel began practicing with a probate law firm and focused on wills and trusts litigation. He recognizes the emotional toll probate matters can have on families and he strives to alleviate this burden while working to achieve the best outcome for his clients.
In his free time, Daniel enjoys attending stand-up comedy shows and sporting events in San Diego, plus watching the English Premier League every weekend. He loves being outdoors with his dog (Benny) and traveling the world with family and friends.
