Eric is a probate attorney with experience representing both fiduciary and beneficiary clients alike. His practice covers probate, trust, and estate administrations, as well as estate planning. Since 2020, Eric has been an active member of the State Bar of California, devoting most of his time to serving clients in various probate, trust, and estate matters, including petitions for probate, petitions to determine succession to real property, spousal property petitions, Heggstad petitions, petitions to determine heirship, petitions for instructions, petitions to confirm accountings, and inheritance disputes.
He earned his law degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), where he served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Hastings Law Journal. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in both English and Economics from New York University’s College of Arts and Science.
Outside the practice of law, Eric finds great joy in raising his daughter and son alongside his loving wife. Whenever time permits, Eric also likes watching the NBA, going for a swim, and playing a round of golf.
