Allison C. Gordon, Esq., is a seasoned litigator with over ten years of experience practicing law in Southern California. Her practice areas include complex trust and estate litigation, contested and uncontested probate matters, and other inheritance disputes. Allison also advises private professional fiduciaries on litigation and trust administration matters, with an eye toward resolving disputes before litigation becomes necessary. She has a reputation for balancing compassionate counsel with fierce representation for those embroiled in such disputes.
Allison is an accomplished mediation, arbitration, and trial attorney, and she helps clients successfully navigate contentious family dynamics and complex succession statutes. Beyond estate litigation, Allison provides counsel in general civil litigation matters, offering her diverse experience both in and out of the courtroom. Her clients include high-net-worth families, private professional fiduciaries, and individuals with varied backgrounds. Prior to joining Weiner Law, Allison developed broad civil litigation experience, including construction and business litigation; professional liability matters involving real estate professionals, escrow companies, and contractors; mortgage loan matters; and contract disputes. Among other successful outcomes, Allison helped secure a complete defense award, including arbitration costs, in a professional liability arbitration. Allison leverages this experience to find creative solutions to her clients’ problems.
Allison was recently named a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2027. She also serves on the Executive Board of the Trusts & Estates Section of the Orange County Bar Association and is an active member of the San Diego County Bar Association and Probate Attorneys of San Diego.
Allison earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in the top 20% of her class. She graduated from Occidental College in Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in English, where she was on the Dean’s List for four consecutive semesters and ran NCAA Division III varsity cross country for four years.
Allison lives with her husband and two young children in south Orange County. They love outdoor activities, watching live music, cheering for the Padres, and spending time with family and friends.
